New wrapping machine: More options for heavy and tall pallets

Heavy goods, low inherent stability, or pallets up to 2.40 meters in height place special demands on pallet securing.

With our new wrapping machine, we can now prepare such goods more evenly and stably for upcoming transport.

Previously, pallets were wrapped by hand at our facility.

However, this method reaches practical limits with very heavy or tall pallets – especially when the top layers also need to be secured neatly and evenly.

Machine wrapping therefore expands our capabilities in warehouse handling.

It is particularly suitable for heavy pallets, goods with low inherent stability, and pallet heights of up to 2.40 meters. In doing so, we are also responding to the increasing demand for machine-wrapped pallets.

For our customers, this means: more flexibility for demanding goods and reliable preparation for further loading. Machine wrapping can be integrated directly into the warehouse process.

At the same time, the new technology relieves our warehouse team. Manual wrapping was previously one of the physically demanding tasks, especially during order picking. The machine can now take over a large part of this.

For us, these points belong together: expanding the service range, improving the quality of pallet securing, and reducing physically strenuous work where technology can meaningfully provide support.

Do you have heavy, tall, or low-stability pallets? Get in touch with us. We would be happy to check which processing method makes sense for your goods.
